What language levels do you offer?
We offer German courses for all language levels – from beginner (A1) to advanced (C1). This way, you can start exactly where it suits you.
How can I obtain a duplicate of my certificate?
To request a duplicate of your certificate, please use the designated form.
Are copies of exam materials allowed?
According to the General Terms and Conditions of telc, §9, paragraph 1, making copies of the exam materials is not allowed.
How can I verify the validity of my certificate?
You can easily verify the authenticity of your certificate using the telc verification form.
What should I do if I lost my certificate and have no further information available?
The results of the exams are stored digitally (telc: 10 years, DTZ & DTB: 5 years). Within this period, you can request a duplicate of your certificate or result sheet for a fee. The new document will be marked as a duplicate and signed and stamped by telc gGmbH. Please contact telc for this.
